Overview
MP ProSolutions was commissioned by a high‑profile military client to design and deliver a fully resilient civil engineering solution to support a new 17km infrastructure corridor between two critical defence sites. The existing connection presented a single point of failure, creating unacceptable operational risk. The client required a 100% diverse, maintainable, and environmentally compliant route that would significantly strengthen continuity of service.
This project demanded meticulous planning, multi‑agency coordination, and a robust understanding of environmental, regulatory, and land‑access requirements — all delivered within a secure‑site context.

- Constructed a 17km infrastructure corridor incorporating 75 manholes and a fully diverse ducting system.
- Executed trenching, excavation, duct installation, backfilling, and reinstatement to industry and defence‑sector standards.
- Implemented robust traffic management plans, including road closures and diversions approved by highways authorities.
- Ensured all works were carried out with strict adherence to environmental controls, including soil management, watercourse protection, and habitat safeguarding.
- Delivered all reinstatement to local authority specifications, restoring land, roads, and agricultural areas to pre‑works condition.

- Conducted inspections at every stage to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Verified duct integrity, manhole construction quality, and access provisions for future maintenance.
